Postdoc Project

Currently I am working on developing sustainable management strategies for several major turfgrass insects, including the black cutworm (Agrotis ipsilon), the white grub complex and the annual bluegrass weevil (Listronotus maculicollis). In particular, I am investigating the combined effects of silicon supplementation and entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) in controlling these insect pests.
